These terms govern your use of OurStore.ng, a platform that lets sellers create their own online store and accept orders from buyers. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up — a real name, a working email, and a phone number we can reach you on.
If you open a store on OurStore.ng, you're responsible for:
We can suspend or remove a store that receives credible reports of fraud, repeatedly fails to deliver paid orders, or sells prohibited items.
You may not list weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or anything else illegal to sell in Nigeria.
When a buyer pays for an order on your store, that payment is processed through a payment provider (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, or HeedPay) that you connect to your own store using your own credentials. OurStore.ng does not hold buyer funds — payments go directly through your connected provider. You're responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you provide and for resolving payment disputes with your provider directly.
If you offer Pay-on-Delivery, you're responsible for confirming and marking payment as received once you've been paid by the buyer. Misrepresenting a Pay-on-Delivery transaction as paid when it wasn't is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Some features carry a fee paid directly to OurStore.ng rather than to your store — this includes subscription plans, domain purchase/connection, Google Search Console submission, urgent support requests, template activation, and similar add-ons. These are shown to you before you pay, and processed through the platform's own connected payment provider.
If you participate in our affiliate program, payouts are sent to the bank details you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of those details — we're not liable for a payout sent to an incorrect account you supplied. We may withhold or reverse a payout we reasonably believe was earned fraudulently.
Buyers can report a store directly from its storefront. We review reports and may suspend a store while we look into it. We're a platform connecting buyers and sellers — we're not a party to the sale itself, and disputes about a specific order are between the buyer and the seller.
We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is used for fraud, or receives serious, credible complaints. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change, we'll do our best to let existing users know.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
